Giving to Cross Park Church
As we kick off the Thrive initiative through our One-Fund campaign, we would like to make you aware of the different ways you can give financially to Cross Park Church. While we may take up a special offering for designated one-time events throughout the year, beginning in January 2018, all offering money that is given to Cross Park will be put towards Thrive. It is from this campaign that we will continue to fund all of the areas that we have supported in the past, as well as begin to expand our funding to new areas of church growth.
Tracking Your Commitments
Since 2016, we have been using a church management software called "Breeze" to track individual offerings to the church. This software also has the capability to track future individual giving towards Thrive.
You can gain access to Breeze to see your personal giving history and progress towards completion of your Thrive commitment.
If you are interested in gaining access to Breeze, send your request to Missy at email@example.com and she will send you an invite email that will instruct you to create your own personal user name and password for Breeze.
Thank you for your generosity to Cross Park Church. Please contact Missy if you have any questions about these ways to give or how to track your commitments to Cross Park Church.
Ways to Give
Cross Park Church
6406 Carmel Road, Suite 308
Charlotte, NC 28226
This would essentially be setting up Cross Park Church as a payee in your online banking “Bill Pay” (or equivalent), and then paying the church either as a one-time or recurring transaction.
Be sure to have your first and last name indicated on the check so that we can associate the gifted funds to your record of giving with the church.
Giving can be done through debit/credit cards as well as eCheck/ACH bank transfers.
While online giving is convenient, there is a fee involved that is deducted from your gift. For credit/debit cards, the fee is 2.9% + $0.30/transaction, and for a bank transfer, the fee is 1% + $0.25/transaction.Give Online
Donating appreciated non-cash assets (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, real estate, etc.) can be an effective way to maximize your giving. When you give appreciated assets, in many cases, you may receive an immediate income tax deduction for the fair market value of your gift and also avoid capital gains tax.
Please contact Missy at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss details of how to gift non-cash assets to the church.
